At StyliFi, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and replacement policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Return Policy

You can return products within 7-14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must be returned in the original StyliFi box or a secure package to avoid damage.
  • Return requests must be initiated within the stipulated return period from the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Innerwear, swimwear, socks, and beauty products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Clearance sale items marked as "Final Sale."

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • The replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must share clear images of the defective or wrong item via email or WhatsApp.
  • The replacement product will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement?

  1. Log in to your StyliFi account and visit the ‘My Orders’ section.
  2. Select the order and click ‘Request Return/Replacement.’
  3. Choose the reason and upload images (if applicable).
  4. Pack the item securely and hand it over to our pickup agent.
  5. Your refund or replacement will be processed once the return is approved.
