At StyliFi, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and replacement policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Return Policy
You can return products within 7-14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Items must be returned in the original StyliFi box or a secure package to avoid damage.
- Return requests must be initiated within the stipulated return period from the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Innerwear, swimwear, socks, and beauty products (for hygiene reasons).
- Customized or personalized items.
- Clearance sale items marked as "Final Sale."
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Eligibility for Replacement:
- The replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must share clear images of the defective or wrong item via email or WhatsApp.
- The replacement product will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.
How to Initiate a Return or Replacement?
- Log in to your StyliFi account and visit the ‘My Orders’ section.
- Select the order and click ‘Request Return/Replacement.’
- Choose the reason and upload images (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely and hand it over to our pickup agent.
- Your refund or replacement will be processed once the return is approved.
